Welcome to littleskillgarden.com (the "Site"), operated by Ksenia Pestereva, an individual ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who May Use This Site

This Site and its content are intended for use by adults — parents, guardians, teachers, and caregivers — who download or purchase materials for use with children. The Site is not directed at children, and children should not create accounts, subscribe, or make purchases on the Site.

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including printable materials, worksheets, illustrations, text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Ksenia Pestereva or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The full licence is in the Materials License Agreement.

Free materials: unless otherwise stated, free materials may be downloaded and printed for personal, non-commercial use by you and members of your household or classroom.

Purchased materials: when you purchase a material from the Site, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • download and print the material;
  • use it for personal, family, or single-classroom educational use.

You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, or share purchased or free materials with others outside your household or classroom;
  • post materials for public download, including on other websites, file-sharing platforms, or social media;
  • use materials for commercial purposes (for example selling printed copies or including them in a product you sell);
  • modify and resell materials as your own;
  • claim authorship of the materials.

Violation of this license may result in termination of your access to the Site and, where applicable, legal action.

3. Newsletter and Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive periodic emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

4. Purchases

Orders. When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.

Pricing. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes (sales tax / VAT) will be calculated and added at checkout where applicable.

Payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details.

Digital delivery. All products sold on the Site are digital and delivered electronically (via download link and/or email) immediately or shortly after payment is confirmed. No physical product will be shipped.

EU right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because our products are digital content delivered immediately upon payment, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the material has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us at hello@littleskillgarden.com and we will make it right. Further detail is in the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
  • upload viruses or malicious code;
  • scrape, copy, or reproduce substantial parts of the Site without permission;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Any educational or developmental claims about our materials are provided for general informational purposes and are not a guarantee of specific results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ksenia Pestereva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of materials. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law
